More scrapping pages
Here are some more pages I've done.
I did this LO for a couple challenges. One was for the DW 2007, write title yourself using chalks. I used a marker and did the first part of the title. Didn't like it so I stamped the rest. The second challenge was to Doodle like crazy. Not so happy with it altogether!
Heres one I did just to use my new kit again. I love this kit!
Another one just because. I used a sketch for this.
I did this one for a challenge too. Had to use torn paper.
Another challenge LO. Had to use a B&W photo.
For all these pages I used my kit from http://www.scrapbookobsessions.com/ . I LOVE this kit! The colors are awesome!

More Scrappin!!
Well having my new table to sit at and scrap while watching TV (play-off games), I was able to get a couple pages done.
I did this one for http://timelessinspirations.com/index.htm for their Inspiration Team call. It'll be several weeks of challenges to do and in the end they'll have one winner, who'll will get a DT spot, and then they'll pick 3 others from the participants they feel qualified for a DT spot also. Wish me luck!!
I did this LO for an extra DW 2007 challenge.
We had to pick someone else's DW LO and scraplift it. I like how this turned out. It's plain and simple but its very pretty to me!

My Hubby is the Bestest!!!!
So while I'm at the grocery store Donnie calls me and tells me to come outside, he has something to show me.
He had gone by the office and apparently they have been doing some cleaning house.
When he saw this table he knew he had to get if for me!
Look at this thing!!
It is big and heavy! The best part, they have others parts
that go with this, that will come off the sides, that he will get when they take them out! So
when I sit to scrap I will have a U-shaped table to work at.
But for now, until we get it downstairs, I told him that I wanted to set it up so that I could scrap today while we watch the play-off games. This is great!!!
As you can also see here, Elizabeth loves it too!! She is scrapping to today with me.
The only bad thing, I'm going to have to set it up downstairs. I wanna keep it up here so I can use it now!!

More scrapping going on here!!
Well I guess you could say I've been on a roll! I've got the bug back!
Here are 4 more pages I've finished (up to yesterday).
This one is for the DW 2007 challenge. ( many photos across
a 2pg spread). I also used a BH sketch to help with all the pictures. This is a 2pgr.
This one was done for an Elsie challenge. (Focus on
one photo)
This one was done for the DW 2007 challenge. (tone-on-tone title)
Elizabeth even helped me decide how to paint/color the title.
This one was also for DW 2007. (create own photo corners)
For this I actually cut the left corner design out of a 12x12 PP.

I SCRAPPED!!!
I haven't been motivated or even wanted to do any scrapping since before Christmas.
I packed all my stuff up and put it all downstairs. Since I don't scrap down there, especially in
the winter, I just lost the motivation to scrap all together.
Well, I found a couple of motivations to get me scrappin! YAH!
I bought the Design with 2007 calendar (DW2007). It's a full year of inspiration, and its great!
I also just joined a forum ( http://www.scrapbook-oasis.com/ ) that is doing a 52 week of Elsie challenges. I joined during the first week so I'll be able to do the whole 52 weeks! She's got some great challenges. I'd love her book! (it's on my birthday wishlist already! lol)
So here are the two layouts I just did.
She mentions cutting up strips of words, journalling on strips, whatever. I decided to use Rub-ons for this layout.

Fun Photos
OK, so I'm trying to post more often to my blog, but there isn't really much happenin here to tell/talk about.
We've been doing alot of raining, so not going out much.
So I thought I just post and share some of the pictures I've taken with my new camera.
I'm still trying to learn how to use it to get the fancy shots. But I like playing and taking pictures so I don't mind.
Here are some pictures I've taken since I got it.
This may look gross to some. (it is to me!!) But again I was playing around taking pictures and Donnie was making himself some Sushi and called me in to show me. I was talking to Jenny (my sister) about it and thought I'd take a picture. Again, the angle ended up being a good one and you could almost taste this thing!!
This is Douglas. He wanted a snowboard for Christmas but didn't get one. So he took his Christmas money and Donnie & I and his dad gave him money and for his birthday he got his snowboard, plus bindings & boots. He brought it over to show us and had to put it all on and pose so we could see how it worked!! Can you just see him flying down the hill?So there ya go. Just some random shots I've taken playing with my camera! Oh ya heres another I took, just for fun!

Christmas 2006 (extended)
After we had Christmas dinner at moms, The kids played with their new things.
Early evening we packed things up, dang their was ALOT of stuff, and head home.
When we got home we unpacked everything then repacked .
We then headed to Laura's (Donnie's sister) house to spend Christmas day (the 25th) with them.
We got to their house in time to participate in the White Elephant exchange. It was fun, I ended up with a really nice set of batter bowls with measuring spoons & cups.
We got to sleep in a little more here. Elizabeth didn't wake up until 9:00am.
So when we got up we opened our stockings from Don and Lynda and then J.C. made breakfast.
When Elizabeth got up she just slowly walked around looking at everything! She was so cute. Like no big hurry to open her presents, just looking to see what was all there.
I was watching her and snapped this shot of her peaking for her stuff. I love it!!
She had fun opening gifts. She loved it all! She also got to be 'Santa'. (after she opened her gifts from Santa)
We had a nice Prime Rib for dinner, with some yummy potatoes and homemade rolls.
We all played with our new toys and tried figuring out how to make them work.
We left and came home the next day, the 26th.
We all had a great Christmas and it was nice to be back home to sit and relax and sleep in our own beds again!!!

Christmas 2006
Well Christmas this year seemed to last forever. Christmas started on the 23rd for us this year.
Since our Christmas Eve was going to be on the 23rd this year we decided to do something different. We decided to stay at mom's for the evening and wake up to Christmas morning (for us the 24th) at mom's. We packed up all the kids and then ALL the presents. Ended up having to use hubby's truck to hual it all.
We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner of duck and roast. Mom had everything so nice. Jeff and Carrie and the boys decided to join us.
We just hung around having fun. Mom sang Christmas songs, Donnie tried. Normally my kids make Santa cookies, which are Candy Cane cookies. But with as busy as it was up to the 23rd and then not being properly prepared at moms to make them we didn't get to this year. So
instead we pulled out some sugar cookies that needed frosting and the kids decorated them. Then shortly after the cookies my family opened our Christmas Eve presents. We all opened our Jammies and the kids each got their new ornament. Then all the kids put their new jammies on.
Here is the Christmas tree with all the presents on Christmas morning. The kids are all going through their stockings here.
Here is Jacquie when she realized what this gift was. She says its her favorite gift.
In the background is Douglas with what I'm thinking is one of his favorites. You think he was happy he got it??
Elizabeth was happy to get one of the movies she really wanted!!
Marshall here in his new jacket he got from Grandma and Grandpa.
Donnie was so surprised and happy when he opened this gift from Jacquie! He wanted it really bad, but wasn't expecting to get it. He loves it!
And last but not least the best part of the morning!! hahaha

My wonderful Hubby got me, totally unexpectedly too, the new camera I have been wanting!
I couldn't believe what I saw on the box, I had to take it all out to see it in my hands. I was soo happy and surprised and all the emotions in me flooded out! I couldn't help but cry!!
It was an awesome day!!
However it was a long day! If you notice we are all in our jammies. Well thats because my kids (my 19yo kid) had us awake at 5:00am wanting to open gifts! Then the rest slowly woke up. We made them wait til 6:00am and couldn't hold them off any longer.
